1.3 WhatsApp Conversation Data
When customers order through WhatsApp, we process message content, voice notes, and media files to fulfill orders. This data is processed through our AI system powered by Anthropic Claude and transmitted via secure WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregator. Razorpay collects and processes:
